Synvelop Soy Lecithin powder is a complex mixture of phosphatidylcholine (PC), phosphatidylethanolamine (PE) and phosphatidylinositol (PI). It is oil-free light-yellow powder, wholly soluble and dispersible in oil, and partly in alcohol. It is a kind of natural multifunctional lecithin made from 100% soy beans, and contains more than 95% phospholipids. It is recognized as an emulsifier, stabilizer, instantizing agent, release agent, lubricant, antioxidant, and dispersant. It is widely used in food processing, medicine, feed additives, and industrial auxiliary agent.
